The Smart Print Reseller Program

The Smart Print Certified Reseller Program offers the most complete and thorough program available to any perspective business owner. The program is built to assist, mentor and ensure that each one of our resellers attain the required foundation and support necessary to become successful.  The following materials and services are included in our program:

  1. Reseller Playbook – a detailed instructional booklet providing a critical and innovative, hands-on guide outlining start-up, sales and marketing, and operational processes necessary to successfully deploy and run a  Print Vending business. The playbook offers a practical and easy-to-follow step by step approach through startup. Also included are a series of worksheets and activities to help you define, refine, and act successfully.

  2. Reseller Marketing Kit – provides everything one needs to know and all the tools needed to implement marketing campaigns that drive business results in the Print Vending Business. The kit is straight to the point and full of common wisdom on what works and what doesn’t in a print business.  Discussions include: (1) Tap into the power of the Internet; (2) Create buzz with publicity, (3) Research, plan, and budget effectively, (4) Set up winning sales promotions; (5) Generate sales with locator services; (6) Launch winning Web campaigns. Also , learn the five Ps of marketing, evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing plans, design a marketing plan that works, perform customer research, improve your creative skills — and your campaigns, develop a campaign budget and stick to it and how to brand your business.

  3. Training – two day training is offered to all Resellers at Smart Print’s location. Completion of training is mandatory for all Resellers.  Training will address the playbook and go over all aspects of the business necessary to locate “successful” printers in Establishments.

  4. Distributor Support – each Reseller’s printer will be supported geographically by a distributor.  The distributor will help Reseller with pipeline development, sales and marketing approach, successful deployment of printers in Establishments, and continuous improvement of printer volume output.

  5. Collaterals – professionally designed flyers and other collaterals are available for the Resellers. Upon enrollment, a sample kit is provided. 

  6. Help Desk Support (Customer/ Establishment/ Reseller) – Smart Print will provide Resellers, Establishments and Customers help desk support via telephone and e-mail.  Telephone support will be provided Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM eastern time.  E-mail support will be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24X7). E-mail responses are provided within an 8 hours window once notification is received.

  7. Advertising Events - Distributor shall, upon request, assist the Reseller on select advertising, sales promotion, and public relations campaigns to be conducted, including providing Reseller with documentation of previous promotional campaigns conducted in connection with the Print Vending services, and shall provide necessary technical information and assistance.  Reseller must have 45 printers located in Establishments or greater to qualify.
